Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 50 gmsgrated beetroot
  • 50 gmsgrated carrot
  • 1small apple grated after washing,coring the seeds
  • 1 cupplain milk
  • 1tbsn ghee/clarified butter
  • 2tbsn powdered palm jaggery
  • 10 gmssliced almonds for garnish(Optional)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt ghee in a wok over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add the grated carrots and beet and sauté for 5-7 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the grated Apple and mix well

    Add milk, palm jaggery and mix well until combined and the porridge has reached the desired consistency. Remember to cook on Low- medium heat to avoid burning

  5. 5

    Serve warm garnished with almonds

  6. 6

    Tip: check the allergic reaction of your kid to nuts and then use almonds
