If you make your own Mac n Cheese don't flavor it with too much salt. The spicy cod roe is already very salty. Cook the pasta in boiling water. Once it's done, drain. Save about 1/2 cup of boiling water if you use cream cheese.

Mix boiling water with 2tbsp of cream cheese or 1oz, mix in your favorite cheese (I use the powder cheese with the box), and spicy cod roe.

This is a flexible recipe to be added on top of your favorite Mac n Cheese. Use more or less cream cheese and mentaiko as you like.
