Ingredients

Makes 4 to 6 lunch sticks
  1. 1/4-1/2 pounddeli meat (ham, turkey, pepperoni, or salami)
  2. 2 sticksstring cheese or 6 small fresh mozzarella balls
  3. 2 large leaves red or green lettuce
  4. 2 slices bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  5. 8cherry tomatoes
  6. Mayonnaise, ranch dressing, or mustadd for dipping

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your deli mean and bread into cubes.

    Stack the bread, deli meat, and vegetables on a long or short skewer.
