Then fry beancurd sheets until crispy. Set aside. Fry mushroom until golden brown.

Move mushroom over the side of wok. Then sautee garlic and ginger. Stir fry it all.

Add in chicken and beancurd sheets. Then soy bean sauce, cooking wine. Add one glass water. Boil it until sauce thickens.
