Ingredients

  • 300 gFresh Egg Hake Fish
  • 1 stalks lemongrass, cut
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 5-6 fresh makrut thai lime leaves, torn
  • 3 Green chilies, sliced
  • 60 g Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Lime, wedged
  • 2 tbsps Fish sauce
  • 5dried Chilies
  • Celery

Steps

    Boil water with red onion, lemongrass, green chilies and makrut thai lime leaves. Seasoning with soy sauce and salt. Allow them to boiled.

    Add shimeji mushrooms and fresh Egg Hake Fishes. Allow to boiled once. Turn off the stove. Squeeze lime juice, sprinkle the dried chilies and celery. Ready to enjoy.
