Wash & soaked brinjal with a napkin. Cut into round slices & dip into water.

Finely chopped onion. In a pan add oil roast jeera mustard, & hing. Add g, g paste & onion. Saute it for 2 to 3 min.

After that add brinjal pieces. Trun it up & down. Now add dry spices, mix it proper & cover it with lid for 2 minutes.

Now open the lid add puree. All ingredients mix together very well. Cook it 2 min more. Its ready, garam masala & kasuri methi spread on it.

Tasty, yummy & easy brinjal sabzi is ready for serve. Curd potato raita with tandoori plain roti & brinjal bhaji is the best combination for lunch in summer.
