Spicy mataki sabzi

This recipe is very good for traveling.can be used for 2 days.
Steps

Soak mataki (moth) overnight. Strain and put it muslin cloth. Keep it in warm place till sprouts come out. It takes 1 whole day.

Now wash it properly. spread it on cotton cloth to remove moisture.

Now heat pan and add oil.crush garlic cloves. Once oil is hot add crushed garlic.saute till golden brown.add chopped coriander. Saute.

Add red chilly,turmeric powder.add mataki.mix well.cook for 2 minutes. Now add maggi masala,salt and lemon juice. Cook on low flame for 5 more minutes.

Don't use water.allow it to cook on low flame.it tastes yum. Can use as sprout bhel also. Very useful in traveling. Do try this recipe.
