First, clean and wash the mint leaves, then put them in a blender jar with sugar, roasted cumin, rock salt, and half a glass of water. Blend well.

Strain the mixture through a sieve, add one to one and a half glasses of cold water, and pour the sharbat into a glass with ice cubes.

Now, garnish with a lemon slice and some mint leaves. Our refreshing, cooling sharbat is ready to serve.
