Ingredients

  1. 3-4split chicken breasts
  2. Oregano to taste
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1yellow onion chopped
  5. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  6. 1 boxchicken broth
  7. 2 tbsplemon juice
  8. 15 ozItalian style diced tomatoes
  9. 1 bagegg noodles

Cooking Instructions

6-8 hours

    Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot (with skin and bones) season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

    Add onion and garlic on top. Pour in chicken broth until it covers all the ingredients. Add in lemon juice.

    Pour can of tomatoes on top. Cook on low for at least 6 hours.

  4. 4

    Once cooked, take out breasts and remove skin and bones and then add meat back into crockpot while you cook egg noodles.
