1 cupcurd
1 tsp eachBlack salt with cumin powder and black pepper mixed
6-7 Mint leaves
1/2Onion
1 sprigFew curry leaves
1green chilli
1 tsp grated ginger
as requiredSabja seeds good for losing weight
as neededIce cubes

Take a mixer jar add all ingredients except sabja seeds

Grind altogether and pour lassi in long tumbler with ice cubes lastly add sabja seeds (soak 1 tsp in 1 cup water and after twenty minutes it is ready to use) and decorate with mint leaves.
