Firstly clean coriander and wash it.

Now in mixer jar put cumin seeds, salt sugar sesame seeds peanuts chilli and ginger grind it

Now add coriander and ice cubes grind it make paste if require add some water now add lemon juice mix it. Serve with paratha thepla
