Ingredients

  1. Cupcakes:
  2. 200 gbutter
  3. 180 gsugar
  4. 200 gflour
  5. 100 gmilk
  6. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1 teaspoonred food coloring
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 3eggs
  11. Frosting:
  12. 150 gbutter (room temp)
  13. 150 gicing sugar
  14. 150 gcream cheese
  15. 1 teaspoonvanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F)

    For the cupcakes, add the butter, sugar, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl, and beat until the butter is fluffy

  3. 3

    Then add the food coloring, mix a bit, then add the eggs one by one. Mixing with the mixer for a bit in between each egg.

    Add the flour, salt and milk then mix.

  5. 5

    Bake for 15-20 minutes and let them cool.

  6. 6

    For the frosting, add the butter, icing sugar, vanilla and cream cheese and beat until all ingredients are mixed and fluffy.
