White Bean Soup 🥣

Blend the garlic, tomato paste, and seasonings with 1/2 cup water.

Drain the white beans.

Heat the oil in a large pot, then add the blended mixture.

Add the white beans and 8 1/2 cups boiling water (2 liters). Simmer partially covered over medium heat.

Once the soup is cooked, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with vinegar.

Serve the soup hot with traditional bread.
