Ingredients

6-8 servings

1Large can Seasoned Collard Greens
2 TBSbacon or sausage drippings (grease)
1/4-1/2 CHot Sausage
2-3 Cwater for boil
2 TBSeach: Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
as per requiredOptional: vinegar or hot sauce!

Put all ingredients into saucepan and bring to boil. Cook down til pan is nearly dry, stirring to prevent scorching.
2

Plate as is, or melt mozzarella cheese atop, then serve. Garnish as desired!
