Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 1Large can Seasoned Collard Greens
  • 2 TBSbacon or sausage drippings (grease)
  • 1/4-1/2 CHot Sausage
  • 2-3 Cwater for boil
  • 2 TBSeach: Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
  • as per requiredOptional: vinegar or hot sauce!

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients into saucepan and bring to boil. Cook down til pan is nearly dry, stirring to prevent scorching.

    Plate as is, or melt mozzarella cheese atop, then serve. Garnish as desired!
