Today I prepare firni because im at my parents place, and whatever I cook but mom is always mom😋😉 this I made in the supervision of my ami g. And really the taste was awesome. My family admired me alot.

Boil milk in wok. Add cardamom.

Mix rice flour in a cup with warm milk. Gradually pour into boiling milk and keep stirring until it become thick.

Add sugar and stir it well for few minutes. Add kewra water.

Add cream and cook it for few minutes. Then off the flame and dish out. Now garnish it with almonds and pistachios. Keep in fridge and serve it chilled.
