Ingredients

  1. 1Ezekiel English Muffin
  2. 1/2Medium Avocado
  3. 2Medium Eggs
  4. 2 SlicesDeli Ham or Turkey
  5. Everything Bagel Seasoning

    Cut English muffin in half and put in the toaster.

    Meanwhile spray a pan with olive oil spray and turn on low med heat. Once preheated crack the 2 eggs and cook eggs to desired egg. I prefer a runny yolk.

    While eggs are finishing. Put the English muffin on a plate and spread avocado half evenly on each muffin. Throw ham into pan with eggs for a few seconds to heat up them put on top of avocado.

    Remove egg when cooked and place on top of ham slices. Sprinkle every bagel seasoning on top and serve.
