India's most popular snacks is Dhokla. Its origin is Gujrat but all loved by everyone. We can make Dhokla by various methods. Here I prepared instant Dhokla by using besan(gram flour)
Steps

First before making batter for dhokla, make sure that steamer is ready to steam Dhokla

For making batter- in a bowl, add besan, salt, sugar, add water and make batter

Add 1 eno sachet or 1tsp Baking soda

Mix well

And transfer immediately in a greased pot or plate, keep the plate inside steamer

Steam for 15min on high flame

After cooling cut into desired shape

For tadka- add oil in tadka pan

Heat the oil, add mustard seeds

Add cummin seeds

Add Green chillies and Curry leaves

Add sesame seeds

Turn off the flame

Add 2tbsp water in tadka and pour on cut pieces of Dhokla

Serve spicy dhokla with curd, sauce or chutney
