Today I have made tasty delicious summer special fruits Jamun raita. It's very easy simple and quick recipe. This recipe is an ultimate combination of fresh jamun and yogurt. Jamun is a rich source of Vitamin C . They also are a good source of dietary fibre which helps to reduce risk of diabetes.

First strain the curd with the help of a strainer then whisk the hung curd well.

First wash the jamun nicely then remove the seeds. Take a grinder jar add deseeded jamun with little water and blend it into the smooth puree.

Take a bowl add whisked curd, sugar powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, rock salt, mix it properly well.

Now add blended jamun puree, mix it lightly. Raita is ready.

Tasty Delicious Jamun Raita is ready to serve.

Tips
Jamun should be fresh
Curd should be fresh and well whisked it.
