Arrange all the golgappa shells on a plate and fill them with chopped potatoes. Whisk the yogurt well and mix in a little salt, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder.

Add yogurt, sweet tamarind chutney, and green chutney over the golgappas.

Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and chaat masala on top.

Drizzle a little more yogurt and tamarind chutney, then garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds.
