Wash and debone wings then pat it dry.

Slice celery and carrot into strips. Then stuffed into wings.

Heat wok add oil then fry awhile the skin of wings until golden brown. Then remove.

Pour water in a steamer then steam for 15 mins.

After steaming remove then pour the sauce from the chicken. Add soy sauce, black pepper and flour.

Let it simmer then pour on the top of steam chicken.
