Ingredients

  1. 500grams/2 cups basmati rice soaked
  2. 2 1/2 cupswater
  3. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 6 tbspfull oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add water,salt n oil n bring to boil.

    After boiling add soaked rice...I soaked rice almost for an hour or more and cook on high flame without covering with lid.

    When water almost dries as you may see the sides of pan then lower the flame n cover with lid and put on hot tawa.keep the flame medium low for first 3 to 4 minutes and then further low down for another 5 to 10 minutes.once uncover and check and stir the rice in between to prevent from sticking.

    Off the flame n serve with your favorite meal...daal/curry etc...I enjoyed it with curry pakora😋.
