Add sugar and a pinch of salt to curd. Beat till fluffy.

Break the puris in the center and arrange it on a plate.

Fill the potato cubes at the center of the puri.

On top of that, add chopped onion, and tomato.

Pour tamarind chutney and green chutney over it. Adjust the quantity as per your taste.

Add whisked curd. Sprinkle red chili powder, salt, and chaat masala.

Add sev on top.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve of Dahi Puri.
