Clean and wash chicken wings

Marinate with all ingredients adding a dash of your favorite chili powder/masala

Pour in coke and ginger ale, marinate and let it sit in the fridge for about 4 hours

Heat a non stick pan, add some vegetable oil and fry in 2 or 3 batches

Place all the fried wings back into the pan and add the marinate sauce

Allow to cook until sauce thickens. Garnish with chopped sping onions

Serve with egg fried rice and enjoy
