Trim Turkey Breast as desired. Then rub with Oil, Coat with seasonings, and inject several times with Tony's Creole Butter Injection

Place Seasoned Turkey Breast, Fat side-up, into Ninja Pot and Cook on air-crisp setting 360°F- 375°F (8-10min per lb)

Check halfway through cycle, may need to baste with its juices, or spray with oil or add another light coating of oil. If you left the fat intact on top of the breast for the cook, it's possible that more oil may not be necessary. I made a few slits into the breast and basted 30min into the cook cycle, and a few times afterwards, til done.
