Walnuts are the oldest nut and contains many nutrients which have health benefits. Here is healthy as well as delicious walnut halwa . I have added healthy foxnuts too.

Walnuts are the oldest nut and contains many nutrients which have health benefits. Here is healthy as well as delicious walnut halwa . I have added healthy foxnuts too.
Steps

Dry roast walnuts and foxnuts separately. Once they cools down, grind them into coarse powder. Spare few walnuts and chop them roughly.

Heat ghee in thick bottam pan. Add both powder and chopped walnuts and sauté them on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

Then add milk,cream, sugar and saffron and continue sauteing till it changes colour and ghee separates and oozes.

Lastly add cardamom powder and turn off the heat.

Garnish with pistachio flakes and serve hot.
