Steps

Cut mango into thin slice.

Mix all masala to mango properly

Heat oil properly n add hing to it.
Put this oil over mango n mix it.
Place it in jar. - 4
Cover the pickle with muslin cloth or channi. Keep it under sun for2-3 hours.

Now keep the jar inside the house.

Pickle is ready. enjoy with Paratha,dal
