In a pan just saute oats for a while.
In a bowl, mix together oats and curd, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Oats absorb the water from dahi and turn a little soft.

Take a pan and add oil. Add mustard seeds, red chilies, green chilies, chana dal, curry leaves, and cashews, and saute it.
Once it is done add this to the oats and curd bowl.

You can change the quantity of the curd to suit your taste.
If you want to chill put it in the refrigerator for 10mins.
Enjoy it with any pickle.
