Mint coriander chutney (pudina dhaniya chutney)

Firstly, in a small blender take 2 cup coriander, 1 cup mint, 3 clove garlic, 2 chilli and 1 inch ginger.

Add 1 tsp cumin powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp putani.

Now add ½ cup water, ½ tsp salt and blend to smooth paste.

Finally, green chutney is ready to enjoy for a week when stored in the refrigerator.
