Ingredients

Cooked rice
Garlic
Scallion
Shallot
Carrot
Peas
Unsalted peanuts
Sambal chili paste
Msg flavor enhancer
Chiles (I'm using Thai green)
Soy sauce
Fish/oyster sauce (vegetarian)

Steps

Season a wok with oil

Add more oil to the wok and wok fry garlic, scallion whites, shallot, and chiles all minced
3

Mix in a bowl, sambal, soy sauce, and fish sauce to taste
4

Add carrots and peas to the wok
5

Add rice, pre mixed sauce, msg and salt to taste
