Badam milk

1 - To make Badam Milkshake, place a heavy-based pan on flame and add 1 litre of milk to it.
Now boil milk on medium flame until it is reduced to 80%.
While milk is boiling, keep the 1/4 cup of milk aside from boiling milk. - 2
Now take 16 soaked Almonds(Soaked into the water overnight and remove the skin).
Now, take 2 tbsp of boiling milk and add it into almonds.

Now add one pinch of saffron strands, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
Now, take 1/4 cup of milk we have remained before and add 1.5 tsp of custard powder to it and mix well. - 4
Now, take a grinding jar, add almonds, and make a coarse paste.
After the milk starts to boil, turn the flame on a low medium, keep stirring continuously, and scrape the side milk and mix it into milk. - 5
After sugar melts well, add the Almond paste to it, mix well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add some chopped dry fruits you can add any dry fruit and mix well.
After its starts coating on the spatula then turn off the flame and transfer it into a bowl and let it cool. - 6
Now, slowly add custard powder, mix into boiling milk and mix well.
Now add 4 tbsp of sugar and melt the sugar well.

After it turns to room temperature, keep it in the fridge for 3 hours and cool completely.
Now your Market-style Badam Milkshake is ready, and You can serve it and enjoy it.
