In a bowl mix all the ingredients along with nicely chopped boiled eggs.

Mix it well.Now Grease the pan with ghee or butter.

Take two breads and spread butter on one bread loaf do the same to other one. Fill these breads with prepared stuffing.

Put these breads into the pan and cover it by the lid.

Cook it from both sides. Until it becomes light brown. You can use toaster also.

After cooking from both sides let it cool down now cut it into a triangle shape.

Our healthy breakfast is ready to serve. Serve it with any beverage.
