Mic all ingredients minus the cocoa powder in a bowl until combined then beat for 2 mins (will lighten and get fluffy)

Remove 3/4 c batter and place in separate bowl with 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Put vanilla cake into baking tin

Pour splodges of the chocolate cake on top and mix in marble effect with a knife

Bake for 30- 35 mins at 175°
