4 table spoonmilk
5 table spoonsugar
2 cupswater

Add water to a pot on heat & bring to boil, mix milk in water. (If you add milk powder instead, remember that with out mixing it in water, it might form lumps). Add in the sugar and mix well.

Add in the cocoa powder and then mix every thing well. Take it off the heat when it start to thicken & serve hot. Enjoy😋!!!
