Falooda is everyone's favorite summer cooler. In this dish, many things are assembled together like, milkshake, vermicelli, ice cream, Basil seeds, so this quite heavy dessert. Tastes amazing when all flavours come together.

Falooda is everyone's favorite summer cooler. In this dish, many things are assembled together like, milkshake, vermicelli, ice cream, Basil seeds, so this quite heavy dessert. Tastes amazing when all flavours come together.
Steps

Peel Mangoes and cut in small pieces

Add sugar and milk

Blend well and make mango shake

Cook vermicelli in water and rinse with cold water and keep aside, divide in two parts, give pink and green colour seperately by adding food colours.

Soak(sabja) basil seeds in water for 15min

Now take serving glass,add rose syrup

Give layer of basil seeds

Add colored vermicelli

Pour mango shake

Add ice cream scoops of your choice

Sprinkle some cherries (tutti frutti)
