Melt the sugar in a pan under medium heat by stirring continuously

When the sugar is caramelized, pour in your condensed milk and keep stirring

Put in 1 teaspoon of your vanilla flavour and keep stirring for a second

Now, put in the desiccated coconut and keep stirring

More stirring.... you can sprinkle sugar again if you want it to be more sweet

Keep stirring until you lose patience 😩

When it’s done, you’ll find it juicy and not sticky 😋
