This is a savoury prawn dish with a slightly bitter lemon flavour.
Steps
- 1
Peel about 5 cm from the bottom of the asparagus.
Because the skin here is tough. - 2
Cut the backs off the raw prawns, remove the entrails and sprinkle with cornflour.
And finely chop the garlic. - 3
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic, prawns.
Do not touch the ingredients! - 4
Turn the prawns and asparagus over when the underside of the prawns turn white.
If the surface of the prawns is crispy, success! - 5
When the other side of the prawns are cooked in the same way, add the seasoning.
- 6
Grate or chop the yellow part of the lemon peel and add.
Be careful not to add the white part, as it will taste bitter! (For adults, add a little of the white part for a bittersweet taste).
