Masala Papad is a very popular and all time favourite appetizer.This is a very easy, simple and quick recipe. I making this masala paper without frying papad and believe me it tastes same as fried papad

Heat up a tawa on medium heat. Take a papad and brush a little oil to one side. Place the papad on tawa facing the oiled side, now pressing it with napkin. This will ensure roasting of papad. Brush oil to other side and flip the papad, roast the papad from other side as well.

Take the roasted papad into a plate, sprinkle a little red chilli powder and chaat masala powder.

Then spread chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and chopped coriander leaves. Then again sprinkle red chilli powder and chaat masala powder.

Last spread some nylon sev and serve.
