  • 1large onions
  • 2 large scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning
  • salt
  • spices to taste
  • flavor
  • Ginger and garlic (fresh is the best)

Steps

    In a clean pot add your cut fish, water, Seasoning, salt, spices, and grated onion

  2. 2

    Add scotch bonnet then ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    Then cook it for 10 minutes on a medium heat ohhhh so sweet and flavor 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 Enjoy
