Zucchini not being an Indian origin vegetable, but now being grown locally and can be easily included in Indian meals as well.

Wash and grate zucchini.

In a pan heat oil. Once heated add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle. Add green chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida. Stir for 1 minute. Now add zucchini and cook till it dries up. Add rock salt and black salt.

Let it cool. Once cooled completely add curd and mix well.

Serve with paratha or rice or biryani as a side dish.
