Chana ko metha soda dal kar overnight k lye soak kar lain.

Rice ko saaf kar k 30 mnt k lye soak kar lain.

Chana ko 1 sliced piyaz or garlic, green chilli, salt, or sokha dhania dal kar boil kar lain.

1 pan me oil garam karain piyaz ko fry karain jab light brown ho jai tu garam masala,ginger chilli paste add kar k golden brown kar lain.

Jab brown ho jai tu thoda sa pani dal kar mix karain sath hi tomatoes, dahi, spices dal kar bhoon lain.

Tomatoes soft ho jai tu masala ready kar lain.

Ab boil chana dal kar bhoon lain or rice k according pani shamil kar dain. Jab pani ko boil a jai tu vinegar add kar k rice dal dain.

Jab water dry ho jai tu tawa rakh 20 mnt k lye dam par rakh dain. Tasty chana pulao ready. Enjoy with achar, dahi, salad.
