Peel and cut your potatoes

Boil the eggs and cut into tiny pieces

Fry your potatoes

In a pan, add oil, scotch bonnet (jajjage) and spice.
Fry for 7min. - 5
Add your eggs to it and keep stirring for 2min

Add the potatoes, stir until fully covered with the sauce and allow to cook for 5 min on a very low heat.

Your potato stir fry is ready.
Serve with cold zobo or anything of your choice
