  • 250 gmParwal
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 TSPRed chili powder
  • 1 TSPHaldi
  • 1 TSPDhania
  • 1 TSPAmchur
  • 1 TSPGaram masala
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 TSPJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Parwal in half and make a slit

  2. 2

    Heat oil add jeera.
    Add Parwal and saute for a min
    add salt and haldi.
    Add little water and cook cover till it becomes soft.

  3. 3

    Keep stirring in between to avoid burning

  4. 4

    Add all masala and mix well

  5. 5

    Serve with chapati and rice.
