Salt to taste
1 TSPRed chili powder
1 TSPHaldi
1 TSPDhania
1 TSPAmchur
1 TSPGaram masala
1 tbspOil
1 TSPJeera

Cut Parwal in half and make a slit

Heat oil add jeera.
Add Parwal and saute for a min
add salt and haldi.
Add little water and cook cover till it becomes soft.

Keep stirring in between to avoid burning

Add all masala and mix well

Serve with chapati and rice.
