Malai Kulfi

Firstly boil the milk properly. Then add some chopped cashews into it. Now start boiling it until the milk reduces to half of its consistency.

Now add a pinch of elaichi powder in it, mix everything well; then add condensed milk in it and give it a mix. You can even add sugar instead of condensed milk. Now cook for 5 mins more.

Once it comes to a thick consistency, switch off the flame. Let it come to room temperature.

Now add some chopped cashews into the kulfi mould. Then pour the kulfi mixture in it. Now insert the ice-cream sticks in it and refrigerate it overnight to set completely.

The next day enjoy this unique and easy malai kulfis with your loved ones.
