as neededGolgappe or Puris
1 cupsev
1 cupKhara Boondi
1finely chopped onion
3chopped Tomatoes
1 teaspoonchat masala
1/2 cuproasted or fried Peanuts
2 teaspoonlemon juice
1small bunch chopped Coriander Leaves
2boiled potatoes

Add everything to a bowl at first. Mix well and set aside. Make a hole in the center of all the Golgappe. The Golgappe are homemade with Semolina or Suji. Enjoy!

Now fill each Golgappe or Puri with this mix. Serve immediately. It's an excellent Snack at Tea-time. Yum!
