4capsicum
2boiled potato
as per taste Salt
as per tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric
1 tspfennel
2 tspoil

First mix potato and all spices together make a stuffing.

Now make hole in capsicum stuff with stuffing and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan add capsicum...cook on low flame till outer of caosicum get soft.

Serve with paratha roti.
