Stir-Fried Macaroni
This stir-fried macaroni recipe is a bit on the dry side because I personally don't like it too saucy.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and cook the macaroni until al dente. Taste to ensure it's cooked just right, not too soft. Once done, cool the macaroni in cold water, then drain.
- 2
Heat a pan and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the meat and cook until done. Push everything to the side of the pan, add the eggs, and break the yolks. Once the bottom of the eggs is cooked, flip them. When both sides are cooked, break them into pieces.
- 3
Add the diced onion and sauté until cooked. Add the cooked macaroni and season with ketchup, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. Continue to stir-fry until dry, then add the tomatoes. Count to 15, then add the green onions. Mix everything well, and it's done.
- 4
Stir-fry until slightly dry for the best taste.

Stir Fried Vegetables Stir Fried Vegetables
My husband likes stir fried vegetables, so I make them a lot.The reason I stir fry the meat at a low heat is to prevent it from splattering. You can just use high heat from the start. As I have stated previously, it's best to stop cooking the vegetables when you think they are still a bit raw - they are crispier that way.If you are adding wood ear mushrooms (kikurage), put in a container with water to cover and microwave until they're rehydrated. Any microwave setting is fine. Recipe by Tobundebuu cookpad.japan -

Japanese Style Stir-Fry Noodles Japanese Style Stir-Fry Noodles
Easy, and good. A little different. These were the goals I had. This is a combination of a couple recipes. Probably closer to a Yakisoba dish since the sauce is a type of Yakisoba sauce, but i used some other technics also. I would say any kind of noodle/pasta could be used in this. Just don't cook it all the way initially since it will get some extra time in the sauce. I used chicken thighs here, but chicken breasts would work also. Fo Fa -
