Steps

Sift yout flour,baking powder and salt into a bowl

Add margarine and rub into the flour mixture

Add water and mix to form a soft dough
- 4
Cover and allow to rest for some minutes

Divide the dough into 8 or 10 balls and roll out very thin using a pasta maker or roll pin

Make strips and plait to make braided dublan or just fold to make a flat dublan

Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry until it becomes golden

Meanwhile,Heat sugar,vinegar and water in a pan
- 9
Allow to boil until it forms bubbles and when you dip a spoon into the syrup you have a slightly thick syrup

Turn off the heat and allow to cool slightly

Dip the dublan into the syrup and coat,you can use a brush to do this
