Apple cinnamon French toast casseroles
A breakfast treat for sure!
Steps

Combine eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, milk, salt and heavy cream.

Four over cubed French bread. Add melted butter in mix thoroughly. Mixture will be soft.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread out evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes

While the casserole bakes combine apples and butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add brown sugar vanilla and cinnamon. Cook 7 to 8 minutes until apples have softened.

Add cornstarch slurry and reduce heat to low. If mixture thickens too much add a little more water.

To prepare glaze: beat the cream cheese. Add heavy cream milk and powdered sugar. Whip until smooth. Add vanilla extract.

Once casserole has finished remove from oven and immediately topped with one cup of vanilla glaze. Served with apple topping and additional glaze if desired.
